To add a user to your billing account, visit https://my.totalchoicehosting.com/account/users and select the "Invite New User" option. If you want to limit access to only signing into cPanel and for support, then select "Choose Permissions" and enable the following options only.
- View Products & Services
- View & Modify Product Passwords
- Perform Single Sign-On
- View & Open Support Tickets
If you only want to provide access to a single cPanel account, please log in to cPanel and select the "Manage Team" option. When adding a user to your cPanel, you can choose from predefined roles to limit their access.
